About Ken

Ken is a veteran engineering leader and career advisor with over 20 years of experience managing high-performing teams at major technology enterprises including Google, Amazon, and Oracle. As a former Senior Engineering Manager at Google, he spent over a decade driving the development of large-scale infrastructure and major cross-team projects such as Chrome, Google Meet Hardware, and Google Apps. In addition to his deep technical expertise in software architecture and systems design, Ken has an extensive track record in talent acquisition, organizational construction, and personnel development — having overseen dozens of performance reviews and vetted thousands of technical candidate evaluations.

Driven by a passion for cultivating the next generation of tech leaders, Ken is the founder and head coach of Commit Way.
