Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Commit Way LLC (“commitway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit commitway.com or use our coaching services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you book an intro, subscribe to our updates, or contact a coach, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your goals.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Payment information. Coaching is paid for outside this site (for example, via Zelle). We do not collect or store your full payment-card details.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, schedule, and deliver coaching sessions;
  • respond to your questions and send you updates you’ve asked for;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Services; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services (such as email and hosting providers), and only as needed for them to perform that work, or where required by law.

Email and subscriptions

If you subscribe to our updates, we’ll email you new articles and occasional news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand aggregate usage. For analytics we use Google Analytics in a privacy-respecting configuration — no advertising profiles, and analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can decline without losing any site functionality, change your choice later, or control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
